Antoine Lesur and Marc Venot are independent designers based in Paris, where they collaborate regularly on specific projects. Each works for a range of different manufacturers, and each makes a point of highlighting the importance of design as a central aspect of the manufacturing process.
Antoine Lesur was graduated from Ecole Boulle in 2002 and after design experiences of ten years in agencies – including five years at Patrick Jouin’s – Antoine Lesur created his own design studio in 2012. Sensitive and technical, his work explores multiple disciplines like product, furniture and space design, with the aim of innovation and accuracy.
After graduating in Maths and Physics from the Jussieu University in Paris, Marc Venot studied industrial design at the École Nationale Supérieure de Création Industrielle (ENSCI / Les Ateliers – Paris). The designer is fascinated by how objects are made and how they work, using his knowledge of both disciplines in the technical development of his designs.
