Upon turning our factory into a giant art installation to celebrate our fortieth birthday, we thought that it would be fun to share the thought process that went into it with our own people and their loved ones.
To this end, during the months of May and June, we invited employees to down tools and see their work place with different eyes.
The guided tours snaked around the factory buildings in order to take in the three acclaimed murals, the redecorated canteens, and the other elements that help to transmit our philosophy.
It has been an enriching experience for all five senses.
